Crab Apple Chutney

Have just made three jars of Crab Apple Chutney. Here's my recipe.

2 lbs crab apples
2/3 cup white vinegar
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon ( i had run out , so substituted with Allspice)
juice of an orange
1 cup sultanas.

Quarter and core apples, combine all ingredients, just cover with water and simmer for an hour. Pour into hot sterilised jars.
